(CR.NO.502 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.op.No. 18758 / 2021 dated 22.11.2021 in Crime No. 502 / 2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every Saturday at 10.30. a.m, until further orders. and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit for the circumstance of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.ARASU GANESHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18758 of 2021 on 22.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once for every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
