This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28467 of 2024, dated 14.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28467 of 2024, dated 14.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.
