The Official Liquidator, v. Canara Bank
Com.Apel.Nos.2 and 3 of 2017 Com.Apel.Nos.2 and 3 of 2017 C.SARAVANAN, J.
It is informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that the notice taken out on the respondents 3 & 4 has been returned with an endorsement "left".
2. The learned counsel for the appellant further submits that an attempt to serve notice on the counsel who appeared for the respondent before the Company Law Board (CLB) was also turned futile as the counsel informed that he was no longer in touch with the respondents and therefore seeks time to take out suitable paper publication for effecting substituted service of summons.
3. Considering the above, Court is inclined to order substituted service of notice on the respondents 3 & 4 through Paper Publication in Makkal Kural and Trinity Mirror Newspaper returnable by 08.12.2023. List these cases on 08.12.2023.
