M/S.API INDUSTRIES PVT LTD., (ASSOCIATED PLASTIC INDUSTRIES) HAVING ITS REGISTERED OFFICE AT A/3, RAMESHWAR COMPLEX, GHOGHA CIRCLE, BHAVNAGAR, GUJARAT - 364 002 ..RESPONDENTS Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order directing the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.12,44,911/- or such sum as this Honourable Court may direct within such time that this Honourable Court may stipulate and in case of default to do so, order attachment of the properties of the second respondent more fully described in item 1 and 2 in the schedule to the Judge's summons through the High Court, Bombay and item No.3 in the schedule to the Judge's summons through the District Court, Bhavnagar, Gujarat pending disposal of the arbitration proceeding and the enforcement of the award. This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This application has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.12,44,911/- or such sum as this Court may direct within such time this Court may stipulate and in case of default, order attachment of the properties of the second respondent morefully described in item No.3 in the Schedule to the Judges summons through the High

Court, Bombay and item No.3 in the schedule to the Judges Summons through the District Court, Bhavnagar, Gujarat pending disposal of the Arbitration proceeding and enforcement of the award.

2. Heard Mr.R.Uma Shankar, learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that award has already been passed.

4. In such a view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed in this Application.

5. Accordingly, this Application is closed.
