Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to call for the entire records connected with the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2025 filed for the offences under Sections 74 & 75 of BNS, 2023, and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2022, on the file of the 1st respondent-police herein and quash the same, in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.3 of 2025, pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent.

Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 02.01.2026 through e-filing bearing No.LTN20230001204C20260006.
