This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner against the respondents for non-compliance of the order in W.P.No. 2095 of 2006, dated 02.02.2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. When the matter was taken up, Mr. R. Govindasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, drawing notice of this Court to G.O. (2D) No.77 School Education N.V 3(1) Department dated 18.11.2014 stated, that the order has been complied with. He also indicated that the amount of Rs.11,10,042/- which has been calculated as shown in the Government order has been deposited in the petitioner's account.
3. Since the amount mentioned in the Government order has been deposited in the petitioner's account in the State Bank of Travancore, this Court finds no other issues to be adjudicated.
4. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the entire amount.
