ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned C.S.R.No.783 of 2021 and petition enquiry is pending. He further submitted that the summons were issued to the petitioner and till date, the petitioner has not co-operate for enquiry.
2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
