2019 passed in M.C.NO.41 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate at Tambaram and dismiss the petition for maintenance by allowing this CRL.RC.NO.765 OF 2019 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.VIVEKANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner [IN CRL.MP.NO.989 OF 2020 IN CRL.RC.NO.644 OF 2019] and of M/S.DR.S.S.SWAMINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner [IN CRL.RC.765 OF 2019] the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw 50% of the maintenance amount (Rs.68,000/-) deposited by the respondent on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, in Crl.R.C.No.644 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, more particularly, paragraphs 6 and 7, and being satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The petitioner is hereby permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.68,000/- from the Court deposit.
