This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to to set aside the order passed by the Hon'ble Mahila Court at Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.162 of 2015 in Spl.C.C. No.63 of 2014 dated 08.04.2015 and directed the learned Sessions Judge Mahila Court, Coimbatore to recall the prosecution witnesses No.1 to 10 for cross examination

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.On 29.04.2015, this Court passed a detailed order directing that the prosecution should produce PW1 and PW2 before the Trial Court and they must be permitted to cross-examine.
