This petition has been filed by one Dr.P.Kamalakannan/petitioner in W.P.No.198 of 2023, to implead himself as party respondent in W.P.No.34233 of 2022.

2.Mr.B.Ravi, learned counsel for the 1st respondent/writ petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, have no serious objections in allowing this petition.

3.Further, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this impleading petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary impleadment.
