Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the order dated 29.01.2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in respect of the condition requiring the petitioner appearing before the respondent police at 10.30a.m. and 5.30p.m. and reducing the bond amount and surety amount to Rs.5000/- each instead of 10,000/- each. O R D E R

Petition for modification of the bail condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.277 of 2015 dated 29.01.2015.

2. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, granted bail to the petitioner directing him to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily by 10.30a.m. and 5.30p.m. until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner hails from a very poor family and he could not bring sureties for the sum of Rs.10,000/- each.

4. In the circumstances, the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur passed in Crl.M.P.No.277 of 2015 dated 29.01.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Poonamallee. Except this modification, other conditions remain unaltered.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
