The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner to direct the Respondents to grant LPG Distributorship in favour of the Petitioner under the name of M/s. Muralinarasimha Agency, Polur based on the representation dated 17.09.2018 made by the Petitioner within the time as fixed by this Court. 2.
When it is pointed out by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent that the claim made against the Respondents has already been rejected in the earlier Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner in W.P. No. 4210 of 2012 that has been dismissed by this Court on 18.02.2015, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
