ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15154 of 2008 dated 07.07.2008.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court dated 07.07.2008 has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also accepted the same.
