ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 03.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.17360 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to consider the representation dated 22.12.2023, submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that in the light of the order passed by this Court, the respondent filed compliance report stating that the petitioner will be provided with employment on a daily wage basis which is temporary and not permanent, since the society is in a dormant stage and the wage will be fixed in accordance with the government gazette notification. 3.

In view of the above submission, the second respondent is

directed to appoint the petitioner as per the above submission within a period of two weeks from today.

With the above directions, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
