2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court dated 24.09.2008 has been complied with and also to support his contention he has produced a copy of the proceedings in R.C.No.139575/02/CP2 dated 21.07.2009.
