3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 1006 days in representing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.40916 of 2019 is condoned.

4. The petitioner shall take steps to amend the name of the appellantInsurance Company in the condone delay petition as well as in the appeal.
