Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ, order or direction and in particular to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider petitioner representation dated 27.04.2017 to pass necessary orders for grant of promotion and cash benefits due to her husband namely Eswaran (late) during his service.

O R D E R
The grievances of the writ petitioner is that consequential service benefits due to the deceased husband of the writ petitioner is yet to be settled by the respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the cases against the husband of the writ petitioner were dropped and the retirement benefits were already settled in favour of the writ petitioner. However, other consequential service benefits due to the writ petitioner are yet to be settled and in this regard the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the Inspector General of registration on 27.04.2017.
3. Under these circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the relevant document submitted by the writ petitioner on 27.04.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in the writ petition.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
