ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed, against the respondent, for noncompliance of the order dated 18.11.2025 passed by this Court in WP.No.44307 of 2025.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in pursuant to the aforesaid order dated 18.11.2025, an award was passed on 24.12.2025 and a copy of the same was duly served on the petitioner.

3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent had passed only an order but not an award.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In the case on hand, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in WP.No.44307 of 2025, an award was passed by the respondent and a copy of the same was also duly served on the petitioner. In such case, it is clear that the order passed by this Court is duly complied with by this Court and hence, no further order is required. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the award passed by the respondent, he can very well challenge the same in the manner known to law.
