PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of the property situated in Plot No.287, old No.6 New No.17/13, 5th cross street, Indira Nagar, Virugambakkam village, Mambalam - Guindy Taluk, Chennai District.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of the property situated in Plot No.287, old No.6 New No.17/13, 5th cross street, Indira Nagar, Virugambakkam village, Mambalam - Guindy Taluk, Chennai District.

2.The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent would submit that the civil suit filed by the petitioner as against the 3rd respondent was dismissed and the said order was also confirmed by the appellate Court in A.S.No.172 of 2016. Thereafter, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Accordingly this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infuctuous Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
