It is informed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner as also by the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd Respondent that the Writ Petition has become infructuous in the light of subsequent development. Page No. 2 of 4
2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the impugned demand was without any Assessment Order and was based on the provisional assessment of the property tax.
3. It is submitted that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the property tax has been finalized and based on the property tax that was finalized, a fresh assessment has been made on 09.06.2022.
4. It is submitted that in view of the above, Writ Petition may be closed. Recording the above submissions, Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.08.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking Order rgm C.SARAVANAN, J.
