Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take necessary action against the respondent No.5 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.2.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take necessary action against the respondent No.5, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.2.2015, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner prays for a direction to take necessary action against the SREI Equipment Finance officials in their Head Office and in Pondichery branches for charging exorbitant interest and also for sending goondas to his house.

3. Now, almost four years lapsed from the date of filing this writ petition and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now, as the matter pertaining to this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
