Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the respondents to accept the tax for the quarter commencing from 1.1.2021 to 31.3.2021 in so far as petitioners vehicles are concerned (IN WMP.NO.2348 OF 2021) pending disposal of the above said WP.NO.2071 OF 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RADHA GOPALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ANNAI EZHIL GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the 1 TO 3 Respondents the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to direct the respondents to accept the tax for the quarter commencing from 1/1/2021 to 31/3/2021 in so far as the petitioner's vehicles are concerned, pending disposal of the writ petition.

2.
