ORDER

Mrs. M. Kalpana, Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Cuddalore, was present at the time of hearing.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that an F.I.R. has been registered by the District Crime Branch, Cuddalore, in Crime No.11 of 2025 on 15.03.2025 for the offences under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of I.P.C.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to proceed with the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed. 27-02-2026 Asi
