When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 21.02.2026 was placed before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order was passed by the authority without calling the petitioner for enquiry and without

affording opportunity to the petitioner.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
