The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Respondent for violating the orders of this Court in W.P.No. 17908 of 2008 dated 28.07.2008 and also direct the respondent to implement the orders forthwith.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court dated 28.07.2008 has been duly complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Letter No. 20068/FR-2/2008-2, dated 19.01.2009.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
