D.Jayanthi v. The Regional Transport

WMP No.1722 of 2023 in WP.No.9826 of 2015 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to substitute the petitioner D.Jayanthi, since the writ petitioner, the husband had unfortunately died pending the writ petition. Since the cause survives, the petition stands allowed. Registry to carry out necessary amendment by impleading the proposed petitioner has been substituted in the place of the writ petitioner. Such amendment to be carried out to the cause tile in the writ petition and in the affidavits.

2.List the matter once again on 17.12.2024.
