This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 192 days in filing the second appeal.

Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 5 and their names have been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay in filing the second appeal is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
