ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., pending appeal in Crl.MP No.5909 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024 in Crl.A No.478 of 2023.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5909 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.478 of 2023 dated 25.06.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month, until further orders.
