These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 297 days in seeking the application to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sixth respondent, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sixth respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sixth respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 11 & 12 has no serious objection to allow the petitions.
3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.
