This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, to dispose of the M.C.No.16 of 2014 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court Saidapet, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in M.C.No.16 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
