The writ petition has been filed seeking sanction of pension.

2.Pending the writ petition, the petitioner had unfortunately died and the legal representatives have filed this petition seeking to substitute them as petitioners to prosecute the writ petition further.

3.In view of the fact that right subsists, this petition is allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the writ petition.

5.Post the main case on 16.08.2023.
