This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants 6 to 14, 16 to 22 to condone the delay of 2920 days in filing the adoption memo by them, adopting the written statement of the 23rd defendant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 /plaintiffs 1 to 3 has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and in order to give a fair opportunity to the applicants/defendants 6 to 14 and 16 to 22 to contest their case on merits, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to post the suit before the Additional Master-IV, for recording evidence on 21.02.2024.
