ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the docket order dated 18.11.2025 passed in O.P.No.1847 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Chennai, insofar it pertains to the adverse remarks made against the counsel who represented the petitioners before the Family Court.

2. The very same impugned order was challenged by the counsel who appeared for the petitioners before the Family Court in CRP.Sr.No.3631 of 2026. The petition filed by him in CMP No.2483 of 2026 in CRP Sr.No.3631 of 1/3

2026 seeking leave to file Civil Revision Petition was dismissed. The petitioners cannot agitate the grievance of their counsel, especially when revision filed by him was dismissed with liberty to approach very same Court. The petitioners cannot be treated as persons aggrieved by the impugned order. Therefore, the revision filed by the petitioners is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
