O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to file a charge sheet against the 2nd respondent/accused in Crime No.301 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 30.07.2013, no final report has been filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
