3.Though the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application are not satisfied, in order to give opportunity to the parties to submit their defence and also to participate in the suit, this Court is inclined to allow the application on payment of costs of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only). The applicants are directed to deposit the costs of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of the suit in C.S.No.504 of 2019 on or before 07.04.2022 before the Registry.
