ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 4 on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16352 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26587 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has
been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16352 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26587 of 2023., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 10-02-2025 vca To
