It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to the filing of this Contempt Petition, another Contempt Petition had been filed in Cont.P.No.223 of 2019 and by order dated 30.08.2019 in the said Contempt Petition, the parties had resolved their disputes and arrived at a comprehensive settlement, which also encompasses the contempt pleaded in the present petition.

2. In the light of the above nothing survives for consideration in the present Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
