This petition is filed to condone the delay of 81 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 05.12.2019 made in W.P.No.5728 of 2016.

2. Mr.G.Ilamurugu, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Government Counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent.

4.Learned counsel for the respondent has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

5.Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6.The Registry is directed to number the appeal and list the same for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
