The prayer sought in this contempt petition is to initiate the contempt proceedings against the respondents and punish them for not obeying the order of this Court dated 11.04.2007 made in W.P.No.10032 of 2007.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10032 of 2007 dated 11.04.2007 has been complied by the respondents and he has also produced a compliance report vide Na.Ka.No.3689/2012/tho.va dated 08.08.2023 to that effect, after duly serving a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the compliance report dated 08.08.2023 produced by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, this contempt petition is closed.
