O R D E R

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order passed in W.V.M.P.No.1027 of 2005 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 27.02.2006.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petition itself was disposed of finally and the matter was further taken by way of writ appeal, which was also disposed of by the Hon'ble Division Bench. The case was remanded back to the Labour Court for retrial.

3. In view of the fact that the case was remanded back to the Labour Court, the grievances of the writ petitioner regarding 17-B wages also may be claimed before the competent Labour Court and the petitioner is at liberty to set out all his claim in view of the fact that the case was remanded back to the Labour Court. With this liberty, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
