Crl.M.P.No.1033 of 2016 in Crl.RC.No.164 of 2016 C.S.KARNAN.J This petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before Court below in pursuant to the order passed in C.C.No.259 of 2002 dated 28.11.2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrage No.I, Chengalpattu as confirmed by the Judgment in Crl.Appeal No.86 of 2011 dated 30.11.2015 on the file of the Additional District Sessions Court, Chengalpattu. 2.In view of the order passed today (on 01.02.2016) in Crl.M.P.No.1033 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.164 of 2016, the petitioner need not surrender before the Court below. This petition is accordingly closed.
