O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram to split up the case in C.C.No.287 of 2018 as against the petitioner/A2 to dispose of the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the accused persons are not regularly appearing before the trial Court and as such it is pending from the year 2018. He further submitted that it is the crime of the year 2015, after completion of investigation the respondent filed a final report and take cognizance in C.C.NO.287 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submitted that A3, A4, A5 and A6 are not appeared and in sofaras it is pending before the trial Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram to split up the case in sofaras the petitioner and other accused persons who were regularly appeared before the trial Court in C.C.No.287 of 2018 and complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
