Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2018 pertaining to the petitioner's E.B.Service Connection No.298-001-742 at No.16/B, Kamarajar Avenue, Perungudi, Chennai 600 096.

Mr.SK.Rameshwar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider her representation dated 18.02.2018, pertaining to the E.B.Service Connection No.298-001-742 at No.16/B, Kamarajar Avenue, Perungudi, Chennai 600 096. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is seen that the respondents 3 and 4 have approached the second respondent and filed a complaint for disconnecting the power supply to the subject matter premises by claiming right over the said property. Based on such complaint, the petitioner was called upon to produce the documents in support of her claim. Thereafter, the petitioner has made the present representation, wherein and whereby, she requested the second respondent to reject the claim of the respondents 3 and 4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide. 4.Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has not produced any documents in support of her claim and therefore, only when those documents are produced, the second respondent will be in a position to consider the rival claim of the parties.

5.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to approach the second respondent and produce the necessary documents in support of her claim. After receipt of such documents, the second respondent will hear the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
