This petition is filed to condone the delay of 652 days in representing the restoration application in WMP.SR.No.18369 of 2023 and WMP.SR.No.18370 of 2023 in WP.No.29826 of 2019.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the petition seeking condonation of delay in representing the restoration application is ordered and the delay of 652 days is hereby condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the applications, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter after two weeks.
