2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar would submit that the order passed in the above Writ Petition was reviewed and set aside in Rev.Appl.No.147 of 2008. The said order is placed before this Court for perusal and the same is taken on record.
3. In the light of the above, we find no merit in the Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
