O R D E R

By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the sixth respondent / the Tahsildar, North Taluk Office, Tiruppur, to consider and dispose of her representation dated 31.01.2018 requesting for issuance of a patta.

2. When the matter was taken up on 14.06.2018, this Court directed the sixth respondent / the Tahsildar, North Taluk Office, Tiruppur, to appear before this Court on 25.06.2018. Pursuant to the order of this Court, Mr.K.T.Subramanian, Tahsildar, Tiruppur (North), appeared before this Court and filed an affidavit dated 25.06.2018 stating that due to health problem, he was unable to comply with the directions issued by the District Revenue Officer and also the District Collector,

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sixth respondent has now duly complied with the order passed by the District Revenue Officer, Tiruppur.

4. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and 6 submitted that since the order passed by the District Revenue Officer has been duly complied with and also in view of the fact that the sixth respondent is going to retire from service on 29.06.2018 on reaching the age superannuation, the cost imposed by this Court on 14.06.2018 may be recalled accepting his unconditional apology tendered in his affidavit dated 25.06.2018. It is also further submitted that in view of his health issue, the sixth respondent was unable to comply with the directions issued by the District Revenue Officer and also the District Collector, Tiruppur.

5. Considering the fact that the order passed by the District Revenue Officer, Tiruppur, has been duly complied with by issuing patta to the petitioner and that the said officer is also going to retire on 29.06.2018 on reaching the age of superannuation and also by accepting his unconditional apology tendered in his affidavit dated 25.06.2018, the writ petition is disposed of recalling the fine imposed by this Court on 14.06.2018. No Costs.
