2. This application has been filed for the relief, to implead the applicant as a party to the proceedings in Tr.C.S.No.741 of 2017.

3. It appears that the said Tr.C.S.

No.741 of 2017 had already been disposed of on 31.07.2018. Therefore, being the reason that there is no provision for impleading the applicant directly in a disposed of matter, this Court is of the view that this application is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, this Application in A.No.1046 of 2021, is dismissed.
