PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st respondent herein to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent to the CBCID in respect of Crime No.400 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police Station for taking severe action against the accused on the basis of the detailed complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 04.08.2015 in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent to the CBCID in respect of Crime No.400 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police Station for taking severe action against the accused on the basis of the detailed complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 04.08.2015 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in STC.No.24 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Thindivanam, as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
