These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent and the sole appellant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the death of the 2nd respondent and sole appellent in S.A.No.1505 of 2004, if the papers are otherwise in order and also issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable by 24.04.2025.

5. Post the cases on 24.04.2025.
