The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case before the Lower Court were settled between the parties and he may be permitted to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
